Spring and more specifically Easter are all about sweet treats in our home. But it’s not just about finding ways to surprise the kids. In fact, my hubby is a HUGE caramel lover….and it stands to reason that he would be petty stoked to find more Caramel in our home. So when Goetze’s asked me to partner with them for a fun giveaway, I knew I had to say yes! While I received compensation and product samples to help me share this delicious candy with you, all opinions are my own.
With Easter quickly approaching, I’m looking for fun ways to turn my sweet treats into something more. I’ve been to the store and picked up the favorites of all three of my guys. While the younger two have pretty simple tastes, the way to my hubby’s heart is through Goetze’s Caramel Creams. With a rich center and a chewy caramel outside, they have long been his candy of choice, for Easter or any other day of the year. Knowing this, I stocked up this year and since the Caramel Cream wrappers were fun colors, I decided I’d take things a step further by turning them into a fun Spring themed craft!
What You Will Need:
Goetze’s Caramel Creams
A Small Flower Pot
Double Sided Tape
A Popsicle Stick
Green Paint
Flower Foam
Faux Grass
How to Make It:
Start by securing Goetze’s Caramel Creams to your flower pot using your double sided tape. Have fun with this and create whatever type of pattern you want.
Once your pot is ready, sit it aside. Next, paint your popsicle stick green. While it is drying, create a “flower” using five of your Caramel Creams. To do this simply use your tape to attach them to each other in a circular pattern.
Once your flower is ready, attach it to the top of your popsicle stick. Attach two Caramel Creams with green wrappers to your popsicle stick for leaves and insert it into your flower foam in your pot.
And ta-da! A Caramel Cream flower that is sure to brighten anyone’s day! Whether it’s for you, your spouse or a friend, this is a great way to give a sweet surprise to someone special.
And anytime they want the delicious sweetness of Goetze’s candy, they can simply pull a Caramel Cream off the flower pot and enjoy!

This is adorable! What a great project to do that isn’t too difficult either. I would love to make this for my house, but it would also make a great gift. Love all the cute colors on the wreath!
I would share with the family and friends. I’d also take some to work to share with coworkers. And on CRAFT NIGHT with the LADIES I’d make a few projects using them.
I’d like to hang that wreath in our house. It’s GORGEOUS! We love caramels in this house and would love to replicate that wreath and give it to our family for Easter.
How cute is this! What a great idea and I love caramels!
The spring flower craft looks great and sounds liek a fun craft I can actually create with my daughter to welcome spring! I love Goetze’s Caramel Creams! I haven’t had them in quite a while so I’ll have to pick a bag up!
This is such a cute idea and one the kids can help with. Unfortunately I have a funny feeling we would need two bags. I love these cramels so much that I would eat more then we taped on.
I would love to win because I have never tried this candy before and it looks so yummy. I would hang it on the inside of my front door.
I have a very big family so I would eat some and share it with them. I might even try some recipes with them if there are any left.
What a great idea! I would love to win and take this wreath to our large extended family gathering for Easter – we could all share!
We were planning to play Easter Bingo with the little ones (and the not so little ones!) at our family’s Easter gathering. We could use some of the caramels as prizes for that – we would also use them in Uncle Dale’s Special Home Made Caramels recipe. Dale is no longer with is, but we make the caramels every year in honor of him!
