Needless to say, this amazing GROHE faucet had me wanting to get in the kitchen and get to cooking and that’s exactly what I did! Inspired by the upscale look of my faucet, I decided to create an upscale dish of Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries with Garlic Aioli. Here’s how I made it!
What You Will Need:
(For the Fries)
4 Large Sweet Potatoes
3 Tablespoons of Chopped Fresh Rosemary (Plus more for Garnish)
2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(For the Garlic Aioli)
1 Cup of Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Minced Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon of Chili Powder
Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
How to Make It:
Honestly, these Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries with Garlic Aioli are so easy to make and they are crazy good! To start, I made my Garlic Aioli sauce so that it would have time to cool to perfection. Making it was as easy as adding all my ingredients to a bowl and mixing them together well.
Once I had a creamy texture for my garlic aioli, I simply placed in in the refrigerator to cool and moved on to my rosemary sweet potato fries.
To make my rosemary sweet potato fries, I washed my potatoes using my GROHE hands-free faucet and peeled them.
After cutting my sweet potatoes up into thin slices (about 1/4 of an inch thick each), I added my chopped fresh rosemary and extra virgin olive oil to a bowl with the sweet potatoes and used my hands to toss them gently, ensuring everything was evenly covered.
After using the hands-free feature on my GROHE faucet to ensure I didn’t leave an oily mess behind, I lined a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread my prepared sweet potatoes evenly onto it.
Into my preheated to 425 degree oven my rosemary sweet potato fries went for thirty minutes (note: I flipped the sweet potato fries half way through). Once they were cooked the perfection and were crispy on the ends, I removed them from the oven and placed them onto a serving tray.
With my rosemary sweet potato fries perfectly cooked, I pulled back out my garlic aioli sauce and drizzled it over the top, finishing my dish off with a little more fresh rosemary to make it absolutely perfect.
As soon as I added the last of my rosemary, my dish was ready to serve and I have to say, it was absolute perfection! The sweet potatoes paired perfectly with the distinguished taste of rosemary and the creaminess of my garlic aioli to create a culinary experience that left everyone coming back for more time and again!
And the best part was, once my delicious rosemary sweet potato fries with garlic aioli were done, I didn’t even dread the cleanup because I knew with the help of my new GROHE hand-free faucet, it would be easy!
