OK guys….as promised it’s been one month since I started my #GiveMe90 Challenge with the help of Personal Trainer Food. I’ve been teasing you a little along the way with some of my successes but I’ve stayed off the scale and waited for my first month of eating right and exercising to be over before giving you a sneak peak of how this program is really working for me. When I started with Personal Trainer Food, I had a (what I hoped was) realistic goal and a stretch goal. And I’m excited to say that I reached my stretch goal! Now, it’s been said that words lie but pictures don’t so I’m gonna keep this short and sweet today…after all, we’re on vacation and living it up at the beach. But I took a break from the sun and fun to step on the scale, put back on the outfit I was originally wearing and give you a real look at what a difference 28 days can make. So, without further ado, here’s my before picture from May 1st and my one month in picture from June 1st!

I’m so thrilled with the difference that one month can make and more motivated than ever to move forward with the next two months of this program to get back to exactly where I want to be! While I did forget to bring a tape measure (I promise, I’ll update measurements when we get back home), I did bring a scale and I have reached my stretch goal and lost 20 pounds (actually 20.6 to be exact) in one month by simple eating Personal Trainer Food and moving each and every day!
While I was motivated before, this has got me ready to see this 90-day challenge through and show you guys what a difference eating clean and exercising can make!
Now, I did mention that we’re on vacation right now but I’m still sticking to the plan and with the guideline and meals that Personal Trainer Food provides, it’s been so easy! I’ll share more about that next week but for now, I’m off to enjoy how much better I feel about myself and how much change I’ve seen in just one short month!
