I knew that my El Yucateco Salsa Picante de Chile Habanero Red Hot Sauce was a perfect pick to do just that and I had a pretty good idea that by pairing it with grape jelly, I could add undertones of sweetness that were perfect for this game day dish.
Knowing that I wanted saucy meatballs, I mixed together my grape jelly, El Yucateco Hot Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce in a small bowl, whisking it with my fork to make sure my ingredients were mixed well.
Once I had my sauce mixed, I simply spooned it over the top of my meatballs, making sure to get the hot and flavorful sauce onto each and every one.
With my Spicy Skillet Meatballs prepared, I placed them in my preheated oven and cooked them for 35-3o minutes, until the meatballs were warm all the way through and my sauce had melted over them, coating every inch with spicy goodness.
