You all know that I’m all about easy. The less fuss I have to put into meals, the better in my mind. Now that sports have started and my schedule is crazy busy, I’m always on the lookout for the tastiest and easiest ways to put breakfast, lunch and dinner on the table. Over the last few weeks, I’ve found myself standing in front of the fridge or pantry more than once looking for inspiration. Then thankfully, my newest BabbleBoxx showed up on my doorstep, solving all my meal problems! Now, I know I’m going to do this a little different, a little backwards perhaps some would say but instead of starting with the morning and working my way through the meals, I’m gonna start with dinner and show you not only how to use New RAGÚ® Simply Chunky Marinara Pasta Sauce in not one but two delicious ways! The reason I decided to do this is because, really, these lunch and dinner ideas are interchangeable and they are both so good that I just couldn’t choose a favorite! - 1 Jar of NEW RAGÚ® Simply Chunky Marinara Pasta Sauce
- 1 Bag of Cauliflower & Yellow Lentil Penne
- ½ Cup ofShredded Herb Mozzarella Cheese
- Cook the Cauliflower & Yellow Lentil Penne according to the directions on the bag.
- Once cooked, drain and dish onto plates.
- Top with warm RAGÚ® Simply Chunky Marinara Pasta Sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
This is pretty much the easiest weeknight dinner ever and I promise it will have your family cheering big time! With each bite of plump tomatoes, onions, garlic and spices, you get a simply delicious taste that you can feel good about and that your family will adore. Now, that’s just the first way that I use RAGÚ® Simply Chunky Marinara Pasta Sauce! Let’s move on to lunch now (these two meals are really interchangeable though) and talk about my absolute favorite dish of the moment, Cauliflower Crust Loaded Veggie Pizza.
- 1 Cali-flour Original Italian Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- 3 Tablespoons of RAGÚ® Simply Chunky Marinara Pasta Sauce
- 1 Cup of Raw Fresh Spinach
- 3-4 Artichoke Hearts
- 3-4 Sun Dried Tomato Slices
- ½ Cup of Shredded Herbed Mozzarella Cheese
- Bake the Cauliflower Pizza Crust for 10 minutes on 375 degrees.
- Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
- Once cool, spread on the RAGÚ® and sprinkle on the spinach, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
If you’re on a lower carb diet like me, you’re going to love this easy recipe for Low Carb Cauliflower Pizza. It’s the first time I’ve had pizza in almost six months and it was so very good! Then I sprinkled my shredded cheese over the top and broiled the whole pizza on high for 2-3 minutes, just long enough to melt the cheese and warm the veggies. When I pulled it out of the oven, I was totally drooling over how amazing it looked.
And with only 6 carbs in the whole crust, this is a dish that I can enjoy guilt free!
