Air Fried Kale Chips

These Air Fried Kale Chips are quick and easy and a perfect low carb and low fat substitution for traditional potato chips.
  • 8 Cups of Roughly Chopped Kale
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • ½ Teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon of Pepper
  1. Lay the kale out on a piece of parchment paper and drizzle with the olive oil.
  2. Toss gently with your hands to spread the olive oil over the kale.
  3. Season with half of the salt and pepper mixture.
  4. Add the seasoned kale to the air fryer and cook on 400 degrees for 8 minutes, tossing throughout.
  5. Remove the kale from the air fryer and sprinkle on the remaining salt and pepper.
  6. Store in an air tight container to keep kale chips crispy.
