Forgot to pull out the chicken breasts from the freezer to thaw? Don't worry! Our easy kitchen hack gives you the best chicken breasts from frozen in less than one hour.
  • 4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  1. Place your frozen chicken breasts in a large pan.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning over the top and run into the breasts.
  3. Pour the water around the chicken breasts.
  4. Cover and bring the water to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
  6. Remove the chicken from the pan and shred it immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
