Jalapeño Popper Casserole with Chicken

This Jalapeño Popper Casserole with Chicken is a quick and easy weeknight dinner that's bursting with flavor.
  • 2 pounds of thawed chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 3 large Jalapeño peppers
  • 1 cup of Pepper Jack cheese
  • 4 pieces of crisply cooked bacon
  • Green onions for garnish
  1. Lay the chicken tenders in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. Top with the minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into wedges and place them on top of the chicken.
  4. Dice up the Jalapeños, removing all seeds for a milder taste.
  5. Sprinkle the Jalapeños over the top of the cream cheese.
  6. Top with Pepper Jack cheese.
  7. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with crumbled bacon and green onions.
  9. Serve immediately.
