Spicy Jalapeño Nachos

These Spicy Jalapeño Nachos are a perfect combination of crunchy chips, smoky meat and loads of toppings!
  • 8 ounces of yellow corn tortilla chips
  • 4 ounces of blue corn tortilla chips
  • 1 pound of lean hamburger meat
  • 3 tablespoons of taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 2 cups of pepper jack cheese
  • ½ cup of spicy pico de gallo
  • ¼ cup of diced green onions
  • 1 large avocado
  • ¼ cup of sour cream
  • 4-6 large Jalapeño (sliced)
  1. Cook and drain the hamburger meat.
  2. Add in the taco seasoning and water and cook until water has evaporated.
  3. Lay out the chips on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Top with the seasoned hamburger mixture and cheese.
  5. Cook on 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Sprinkle the pico de gallo, green onions, avocado and sour cream over the top.
  7. Finish with Jalapeño slices.
  8. Enjoy!
