OREO Cookies Stuffed Bread Pudding

This OREO Cookies Stuffed Bread Pudding is a unique twist on dessert that's always a hit.
  • For the Bread Pudding
  • 6 cups of Lowes Foods Bread Crumb white baguettes (cubed)
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • ¾ cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 20 OREO Cookies
  • For the Glaze
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 and ½ tablespoons of milk
  • ½ tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • Vanilla ice cream and OREO Cookies for garnish (if desired)
  1. Cut the Lowes Foods Bread Crumb white baguettes into cubes.
  2. Add half of the cubes to a greased 8 x 10 pan.
  3. Cut the OREO Cookies into fourths.
  4. Add half of the cookies to the top of the bread cubes.
  5. Add the rest of the bread cubes.
  6. Finish with the remaining half of the cookies on top.
  7. Add the sugar and eggs to a bowl and mix them together well.
  8. Pour in the milk, heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract and whip until smooth.
  9. Pour the liquid mixture over the top of of bread and OREO Cookies.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the liquid has been absorbed into the bread.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  12. Remove from the oven.
  13. Mix together the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract and combine it well.
  14. Drizzle the glaze over the top of the OREO Cookies Stuffed Bread Pudding.
  15. If desired, serve with a scoop of ice cream and crumbled OREO Cookies on the top.
