This Cookies and Cream Bundt Cake is easy enough to make with the kids and is totally drool worthy!
  • For the Cake
  • 3 sticks of softened butter
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 and ½ tablespoons of vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of sifted flour
  • 6 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 12 OREO cookies
  • For the Glaze
  • 3 cups of powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Additional OREO cookies for topping
  1. Add the butter and sugar to your mixing bowl and beat together until fluffy.
  2. Add one egg at a time, mixing well after adding each egg.
  3. Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  4. Set the wet ingredients aside.
  5. In a second bowl, sift in the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
  6. Pour half of the flour mixture into the wet ingredients in the mixing bowl and blend just long enough to combine.
  7. Pour in the milk and mix well.
  8. Add the remainder of the flour mixture and continue to mix until you have a thick, fluffy batter.
  9. Cut the OREO cookies into fourths and gently fold into the batter.
  10. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and gently tap the pan to help it settle.
  11. Immediately place the bundt cake into an oven preheated to 350 degrees and cook for 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  12. Remove the bundt cake from the oven and allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes in the pan.
  13. Invert the pan onto a cooking rack and cool the bundt cake the remainder of the way.
  14. Once the cake is cool, mix together the confectioner's sugar, milk and vanilla.
  15. Pour the mixture over the top of the bundt cake.
  16. Top with chopped OREO cookies and serve.
