Crispy Oven Roasted Radishes (Low-Carb Potato Substitute)

- 3-4 bunches of radishes (about 2 cups sliced)
- 1 and ½ tablespoon avocado oil
- 3 tablespoons garlic seasoning (I like Flavor God)
- Wash the radishes and remove the stems.
- Cut off the top and bottom and then slice into thin slices.
- Add the sliced radishes to a bowl and toss with the avocado oil and garlic seasoning.
- Spread the seasoned radishes in a single layer on a baking pan.
- Bake in the oven on 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Air fry the radishes for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
