Crispy Oven Roasted Radishes (Low-Carb Potato Substitute)

These Crispy Oven Roasted Radishes are a perfect low-carb substitution for potatoes and are easy to make with just a few simple ingredients.
  • 3-4 bunches of radishes (about 2 cups sliced)
  • 1 and ½ tablespoon avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons garlic seasoning (I like Flavor God)
  1. Wash the radishes and remove the stems.
  2. Cut off the top and bottom and then slice into thin slices.
  3. Add the sliced radishes to a bowl and toss with the avocado oil and garlic seasoning.
  4. Spread the seasoned radishes in a single layer on a baking pan.
  5. Bake in the oven on 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. Air fry the radishes for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.
