This Keto Green Bean Casserole is the very best Keto version of this beloved side dish.
  • 4 cups of fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of beef stock
  • 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces of bacon (pan-fried)
  • 1 tablespoon of avocado oil
  1. Add the oil and garlic to a saute pan and brown.
  2. Add in the sliced onion and green beans and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until the green beans and onions begin to soften.
  3. Pour in the beef stock and melt in the cream cheese, stirring constantly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  5. Top with the shredded cheese and cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the green bean casserole from the oven and top with fried bacon.
  7. Serve immeiately.
