Graham Cracker Christmas Crack

This easy Graham Cracker Christmas Crack is a holiday favorite that is perfect for gifting or enjoying with the family.
  • 14 graham crackers
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) of SALTED butter
  • 1 cup of tightly packed light brown sugar
  • 3 cups of chocolate (semi-sweet, milk, white or dark)
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • Pink himalayan sea salt
  1. Cover your baking pan in aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Lay out the graham crackers in a single layer until they cover the entire pan (break them into smaller pieces to fit if needed)
  3. Add the butter and brown sugar to a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to low (but still bubbling) and cook for five minutes, stirring regularly.
  5. Pour the milk and brown sugar mixture over the top of the graham crackers and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake the covered graham crackers at 350 for five minutes.
  7. Pour the chocolate on top of the cooked graham crackers.
  8. Return the pan to the oven for one minute to melt the chocolate.
  9. Spread the chocolate evenly over the graham crackers.
  10. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top and add a sprinkle of sea salt if desired.
  11. Chill for 2-3 hours.
  12. Break into pieces and store in an air-tight container.
