- ½ Cup of Frozen Raspberries
- ½ Cup of Frozen Mango
- 1 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
- ½ Teaspoon of Honey
- Blend together the raspberries, ½ cup of yogurt and ½ MiraLAX® Mix-In Pax. Set aside.
- Blend together the mango, ½ cup of yogurt, honey and ½ MiraLAX® Mix-In Pax. Set aside.
- Fill your glass ½ of the way full with the raspberry mixture.
- Chill for 10 minutes.
- Fill the rest of the glass with the mango mixture.
- Top with diced mango and raspberries and enjoy immediately.
As you can see, this Layered Raspberry and Mango Smoothie has very few ingredients, making it an easy and delicious way to start the day. Even better, the combination of raspberries and mango is absolutely delicious and perfect for summer! To start my smoothie, I added my raspberries and 1/2 cup of my Greek Yogurt to the blender.
After blending my ingredients together, I transferred my mixture to a measuring cup and sat it in the freezer. Next, I rinsed out my mixer and added my mango, the remainder of my yogurt, honey and the other 1/2 of my MiraLAX® Mix-In Pax to my blender and mixed it well.
Once I had both the raspberry and mango layers of my smoothie mixed with MiraLAX® Mix-In Pax in each part, I pulled out a glass and removed my raspberry mixture from the freezer. I then used it to fill my glass half way full. I placed my glass back in the freezer for 10 minutes (this prevents the layers from blending together) and then added my mango mixture on top of it.
After adding some diced fresh mango and raspberries to the top and putting in a straw, my Layered Raspberry and Mango Smoothie was perfectly ready to enjoy.
