Thank you Frigidaire for sponsoring this post.
Four years ago, when I was looking to move into my forever home, I had a few non-negotiable items on my wish list. I wanted a yard, I wanted separate closets for the hubs and I, and I wanted Frigidaire appliances. You see, ever since I bought my very first house many years ago, I’ve had an appliance crush on Frigidaire. I’ve lusted over their shiny, beautiful finishes. I’ve dreamed of cooking on their gorgeous burners. I’ve vividly imagined all the ways my meals would taste better just because I had Frigidaire appliances. So, it’s no surprise that when I walked into what just happens to be my current house and saw a Frigidaire stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, I called my husband and told him he better come look quick because I was about to make an offer. Well, fast forward four years and I’ve been living in my forever home, cooking amazing meals, and enjoying my Frigidaire appliances just as much as I thought I would. But things have gotten even better with an even more amazing Frigidaire range that allows me to cook healthier meals (or any meals). You see, I’ve discovered that my dream stove is more than a Frigidaire, it’s a Frigidaire with Air Fry incorporated. So in honor of me finding my forever stove to go in my forever home, I wanted to introduce you all to this beautiful kitchen essential, share with you a few of my healthy cooking hacks for busy moms, and give you not one and not two but THREE easy Air Fry recipes to make in the oven with the Frigidaire’s Gallery 30” Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry (since I know you’ll be adding one to your wishlist immediately).
Before we get to my hacks and recipes, I need to introduce you to Flametta, my beautiful Frigidaire Gallery 30” Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry. Now why Flametta you ask? Well, it’s pretty self-explanatory because every time I turn the knobs, a beautiful blue flame that promises perfectly cooked foods comes to life.
I have to tell you though, Flametta is so much more than just a range….which brings me to hack one, choose a range that does more than just cooks. You see, while Falmetta may look like your regular stove, she’s actually a Frigidaire range that works harder and does more. In addition to being a gas range (and don’t worry, her cousins come in Electric and Induction options too!), she has air fry built in. I’ll tell you more about that shortly but just imagine not having to pull out a separate air fryer every time you want air fried food. It’s life changing….seriously life changing. How you ask? Well, it’s no secret that I love air fried foods. Which brings me to hack number two, air fry meats and veggies for a crispy, healthier version of some of your favorite meals. Now, I’ve been “trying” to do this for some time but truthfully, I just don’t have enough counter space to keep an air fryer in my kitchen. And, if I’m being honest, I’m often too lazy to drag that big, bulky air fryer out and set it up. But now, I’ve got the best of both worlds because Frigidaire’s Gallery 30” Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry lets me perfectly air fry foods IN MY RANGE (mind blown). Even better, with a much larger capacity that air fryers, I can air fry entire meals for my family with ease and get crispy, delicious dishes using little or no oil. Want to see how I do it? Let’s talk one pan air fry meals for a minute why don’t we as I share the first of my three easy air fry recipes.
- 2 Turkey tenderloins
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of fresh Basil, Oregano and Thyme (diced)
- 1 cup of purple small potatoes
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 large squash
- 1 large onion
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- A pinch of sea salt
- Rub the turkey tenderloins with ½ teaspoon of olive oil each and fresh herbs.
- Cut the purple potatoes in half and toss in ½ teaspoon of olive oil.
- Place the turkey tenderloins on the Frigidaire Air Fryer tray, or a non-stick pan, with the potatoes around them.
- Air fry on 425 degrees for ten minutes.
- During these 10 minutes, chop up all the veggies and toss in the remaining olive oil.
- Spread them around the turkey and potatoes and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Return to the Frigidaire oven on air fry mode for fifteen minutes (or until turkey is cooked to 165 degrees).
- Remove the entire meal from the oven, allow to rest for five minutes and serve.
I know a lot of people think that only breaded foods are good air fried but it’s just not true! I love air frying a variety of meats but was always restricted by the size of my air fryer. But not anymore! With Frigidaire’s Gallery 30” Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry and the Frigidaire Air Fry Tray or a traditional non-stick pan, I can make entire meals on one pan (did I mention it takes less than 30 minutes?) by pushing one simple button that’s on the appliance I should be using for cooking, my range. Ya’ll, it’s the FIRST range to include air fry at the touch of a button and it’s seriously awesome!
With this unique, one-of-a-kind feature that allows me to air fry entire meals, I can achieve meats that are perfectly cooked on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.
As an added bonus, air fried veggies are crispy and delicious, making them much more appealing to my entire family!
So, now that you know you can easily air fry healthy one pan dinners in Frigidaire’s Gallery 30” Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry, let’s talk about breaded foods. One of the main reasons I’ve been an air fryer fan for years is that I can do “faux” fried foods that are better for my family. The air fry option on my Frigidaire, paired with hack number 3, make simple substitutions like using almond flour in place of regular flour, allows me to create amazing, low-carb dinners that my family adores. To show you how I do this, let’s look at recipe number two, Low-Carb Air Fried Chicken Parmesan over Spaghetti Squash Noodles.
- 6 thin cut chicken breasts
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup of almond flour
- Cooking spray
- 1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
- 6 ounces of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 large spaghetti squash
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds.
- Spray with cooking spare and sprinkle with salt.
- Face cut side down on a baking sheet and use a fork to poke holes in the top.
- Cook on 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the whisked egg and then dredge in almond flour.
- Place the chicken on the Frigidaire Air Fry Tray and spray with cooking spray.
- Air Fry on 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until no longer pink inside.
- Top with marinara sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and broil for 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melty.
- Using a fork. scrape out the inside of the spaghetti squash and spread it on a tray.
- Drizzle marinara sauce over the top.
- Place chicken on top of the marinara sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
Italian food is a staple in my home but truthfully, keeping it low-carb used to feel challenging. Now that I have the air fry mode of the Frigidaire though, it’s easy! I’m able to make that simple substitution of almond flour that I mentioned earlier and use my air fry function to get really crispy, really delicious chicken in no time at all.
Even better, I can pair the quick boil burner on Frigidaire’s Gallery 30” Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry to quickly heat up my sauce and get dinner on the table faster.
By combining the bake feature for the spaghetti squash (and did I mention that this stove even has a quick preheat function for when I’m in a hurry?), the Air Fry feature for the chicken and the fast boil feature for the sauce, I can seriously cook this meal so quickly and easily simply by switching back and forth and allow my stove that does it all to truly do it all! In the end, my family is rewarded with a lower-carb, healthier version of a family favorite that they like more than the original.
So, now that we’ve air fried a one-pan meal and created a healthier Italian meal, we’re on to my final hack which is make anything you can from scratch so you control the ingredients. Now, for this final recipe (which just happens to be for crispy air fried chicken wings IN THE OVEN), we’re gonna switch things up a little bit. I know I’ve been showing you lots of ideas using the Frigidaire Air Fry Tray and I totally recommend getting it as a companion to Frigidaire’s Gallery 30” Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry. However, I want to show you that you don’t have to have it! In fact, this stove is so amazing that I can air fry in it on a plain, black, no-stick baking pan and still get amazing results.
- 12 Chicken Drumettes
- ½ cup of Almond Flour
- ½ cup of Self-Rising Flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- ¼ cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
- Add the milk and hot sauce to a Ziploc bag and place the chicken drumettes inside.
- Shake well to cover.
- Mix together the almond flour, self-rising flour, salt and pepper and dip each drumette into the mixture, coating well.
- Place the drumettes onto a dark, non-stick baking sheet.
- Preheat the Frigidaire Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
- Air fry for 8 minutes per side.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Serve with dipping sauce and veggies.
With just a few simple ingredients and the Air Fry function on Frigidaire’s Gallery 30” Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry, I was able to make some of the best, crispiest chicken drumettes around on a plain old non-stick pan.
Now, in case you’re doubting me, the proof is in the wings people! With the Air Fry mode on this oven, I achieved what I’ve had trouble even achieving in a stand alone air fryer (I think it’s because the range has so much more room for me to spread food out and get a perfect air fry one every bite). Just look at these crispy air fried chicken drumettes.
They are a great option for game day (or truthfully any day!) and I promise you they are a healthier alternative to tradition chicken wings that still have that chicken wing crunch that everyone wants and that’s now easy to get with the Air Fry option on my Frigidaire.
Seriously, I could go on and on about all the ways that my new Frigidaire range is changing the way I cook because in the few short weeks that I’ve had Frigidaire’s Gallery 30” Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry, I’ve been baking, cooking, and perhaps most importantly air frying ALL THE THINGS! I don’t know how I survived before Flametta and her air frying abilities came into my life but I can tell you that I won’t ever be without them again.
So, now all that’s left for YOU to do so that you can create amazing meals like the ones I’ve shown above is do what I did. Develop a crush on Frigidaire and then bring your own Frigidaire’s Gallery 30” Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry home. My gas model has the ability to air fry (you’ve seen that), boil quickly (you’ve seen that), and even cook faster than the standard baking setting with True Convection. I’ll be testing this feature out the next time I make cookies and I’m confident that it will blow me away and make cooking a breeze, just like the Air Fry feature does. While I’ve already admitted that I’ve always been a fan of Frigidaire, with the new features on this amazing range, I can say without a doubt that Flametta and all my other Frigidaire appliances are paired with me for life.

oh neat!! I didn’t know stoves now had air fry setting. We are in the process of updating our appliances, so I must take a look at this.
The air fryer option is life changing - seriously! I think I’ve used it every day since I got my Frigidaire stove and it’s so worthy it! I would check it out if you’re in the process of updating.
I really love these cooking hacks. I will let my wife know about this. I am sure she’ll love it. Thanks for sharing.
What a great idea to make air fryer recipes in the oven. This is a really awesome oven to have. I would for sure want to put it in our house whenever we buy a home in the future.
I definitely prefer homemade dishes! And healthy food is a priority in our house! Thanks for these tips!
Those recipes look delicious. I’ve been wanting to get an air fryer. Now’s the time, I guess so I can try your recipes. 🙂
Oh my! This oven/range is absolute genius and SO impressive! I definitely want to upgrade our appliances and I would love to take a closer look on this one!
I’ve read a lot of great recipes for an air fryer, but I don’t have one. I really hate the idea of getting another small appliance, but this will be a great option when it is time for us to replace our stove.
Woah, Nelly! Air fry capabilities right inside the range? Girl, I’m sold! We’re going to be in the market for a new range soon and I’ll be putting this on the top of my list!

I love Fridgedair appliances too. I’m in a rental and I have a plain jane stove, dishwasher and fridge (they just gave me a brand new one). Thankfully, they aren’t stainless steel because I am not a fan at all. I do want a stove with the glass cooktop again. This stove has the old fashioned burners and while it work, they cause my pans not to sit flat and cooks my food unevenly. I never thought I would say that because cleaning a glass cooktop can be a pain in the rear end too.
Love all these recipe and I am excited toctry them all! We decided to eat morenhealthy dishes so these are perfect!
Fantastic recipe and so easy! I added some broccoli and cooked both the salmon and the vegetable together. Instant dinner!
